How to purchase a ticket in Transit
- Tap “Buy ticket”
- Select your ticket type
- Read and accept the ticket rules
- Select your number of tickets
- Create an account or sign in with an existing account
- Finalize your purchase by tapping “Proceed to payment" then tap “Place order"
- You can activate your ticket at time of purchase or wait until just before you board.
- Go to the profile screen to buy more tickets, see existing tickets, activate new tickets and check out your transaction history

Ticket details:
- You can buy your tickets prior to riding and activate them when you are ready to ride. Unused tickets will expire after 90 days.
- Once you activate your ticket, a countdown clock will show how much time you have before your ticket expires. After 15 minutes, your ticket needs to be reactivated to show a fare inspector or to board. An activated ticket will have an animated, colored bar and QR Code.
- Show your active ticket screen to the operator when boarding the bus or fare inspector when riding TRAX or FrontRunner.

- Tap the search result you want
- Compare your options using public transport and other modes
- Tap a trip to see more detail
- Tap GO to get step-by-step instructions during your trip
